Ruvimbo founded Keyne HR because she kept seeing the same thing: businesses struggling with people challenges that were (in most cases) avoidable and paying over the odds when things went wrong. 

With over a decade of HR experience across multiple sectors, Ruvimbo brings Chartered Fellow level expertise to every client she works with: whether that's a five-person start-up or a growing business going through significant change.

Her philosophy is simple: HR should be about people, not paperwork. She doesn't believe in imposing rules and regulations for the sake of it. She wants to understand the real challenges in your business and build solutions that genuinely work for your people and your goals.
